Benefits of Drinking Water
Here I want to share the experience and give a little simple tips . I used to have a problem when taking a shower at 6 am the following morning , my problem is when I finished showering definitely will experience sudden cold with sneezing . Especially when the middle and high school I always get a schedule of morning .
When entering high school when I was an introductory one in my high school teacher gave tips to the body feel more fit while in the morning , which is when you wake up drink one or two glasses of water before bathing . And slowly I began to practice what my teachers say . Although it was initially difficult for me because before I used to drink cold water .
But because I practice it every day , after a long time I had become accustomed to drink water in the morning . And I feel that the effects on my body for the better , from then on I used to drink water ( not cold ) every day until now . And I already do not drink cold water again , because I drink water ( not cold ) better give a good effect for my body .
From little things like I mentioned above that we can learn one thing that it was not healthy for expensive and difficult , if we have the intention . Hopefully these simple tips above can be useful for all my friends who read it .
